Your dedicated account manager takes ownership of your service level agreement and works in partnership with your dedicated booking team and our customer information team to deliver strategic recommendations.

Proactivity is the key. They will constantly review, analyse and identify opportunities to improve your programme performance. You can consider them as an extension of your procurement and in house travel teams. 

Customer Information team

The Customer Information team are data extraction specialists and are responsible for providing account managers with industry leading management information in the form of a Data Pack. Each Data Pack is aligned from a finance perspective and contains a new set of tailored exception reports, highlighting not only areas for controlling travel spend - savings, missed savings, policy and booker behaviour, days in advance, cabin class, online adoption - but also a ‘toolkit’ enabling the travel manager to tackle these areas and affect change in their business. 

An ‘opportunity calculator’ allows FCM’s account managers to tailor the exception report to suit your individual objectives, for example if policy is seven days in advance, or 30 days in advance, the team can produce a report accordingly. A wide range of bespoke reporting and data analysis is also available should your business criteria require more robust diagnostics.
